Nice to see some replies. I'm in the military so will be living around Fayetteville. I lived here about 10 years ago, so I know the areas pretty well. After living in Texas where all the major cities are over 600 miles away from each other, it will be great to do some short travelling to meet people only a couple hours away. I'm moving around April/May time frame.

Ya know, I actually had a 5 hour layover in Chicago during my vacation. If I had your number I could've called you up and had lunch or something. It would be nice to run into you sometime. Our Reds can mate and have puppies!

I normally don't associate myself with Army guys since I'm in the Air Force and all but since you're an 8 owner I'm sure I could make an exception! haha No, man really we have quite a few clubs and gatherings around the area. Like Hotsauce pointed out we have a rather large group that gathers in Raliegh twice a month. And I also have a good friend at Pope AFB who is trying to get a group started down there. Oh and if you're in country around Sept, there will the annual trip to Deal's Gap with the RX-8 Brotherhood of the Dragon...it's a blast 5 days of driving, eating, and a whole lot more!

I was actually in the marines - stationed at Camp Lejeune in NC. Use to train some @ Bragg.
