So this is what it feels like to have a new car! OMG!
I even hear all the different distictive rotary sounds that I never even realized went away. The car now pulls in the whole RPM range!

Project Restore Update
So as you saw above I got the new engine but I am cwazy so I'm not done! 
I was saving this money just in case I needed to buy the engine but thank God that's not the case...
The tranny is next! I already got a quote for a used Rx8 Tranny with 40k miles on it for $1,300 plus $300 for installation. I asked my mechanic how much he would charge me to also install a flywheel and clutch...He said nothing since he already would have the transmission apart. SO ACT here I come! ($700?)
I will also be looking into getting the Cobb tuner so I can reinstall the midpipe and ingnition system which is $700.
Good thing the tax return is on it's way!
Grand total: $ 3,000
Outcome: 200 to 210 wHP?
(about 20 +- wHP increase...maybe more)

London Square tonight was okay. decent turn out of cars and good turn out by us. 5 cars total (Miamisfinest, Rx8shnkvi, myself, some random guy, and cavemancan).
Next time we need to do it right though... meet up prior, grab a bite to eat, and get there maybe 10ish. 9 would be good if we want to get parking together. id link my pics but the quality is ****, so ill wait for Andres to. lol
