Tein CS Coilovers Available

I have a couple of sets of Tein Type CS coilovers on the way. Should be here in the next 2 weeks. Price is $1399

Only 3 sets are coming to the US then they will be on backorder for a month.

Some info on the CS

TEIN Type CS damper was designed to give comfort to sophisticated drivers.
We adapted a hard rubber upper mount for noise proofing and mono-tube type shell case to heighten road holding.

* Improved ride comfort over original shock absorbers.
* A hard rubber upper mount is used for noise proofing.
* 16 levels of damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together).
* Ride height adjustable.
* A mono-tube design and increased shell case diameter allow for 30% more oil capacity,
as compared to OEM shock absorber, to handle the upsizing of wheel with lower profile tires.
* Available for overhaul.

How about the Flex, HE or any of the 'competition' oriented models. Do you know when those will be available?

Hmmm, interesting. How do these compare with the JIC?

The Flex and the others will in Febuary sometime.

The CS are more street oriented than the JIC. Its going to give you a more comfortable ride with the height adjustability of a coilover system.

I find that the JIC set in the softest setting are just as comfortable as the stock set up. The other cool thing is that now all sets come with remote damping adjusters for the rear that are easy to get to throgh the trunk.
