WTT: 2000 S2000 for RX8 GT W/ Bose

I have a flawless Silverstone S2000 YR - 2000 with on 66000 miles on it.. great shape.. totally stock never modified... looking to trade for RX8 not Red and No RED leather.. I want sports package 6MT and Bose Sound system.. my car bluebooks for 14000 looking to do a straight trade.. possible whatcha got? oh and it must have under 60k miles cuase 04s are prone to problems so i want that warrenty
