WTB: Yellow or Black rx-8 (have car willing to trade)

I live in wyoming, but i'm willing to make a drive with my truck and trailer to pick up a black rx-8 with black and red int. Or a Yellow one with black int.
I might be interested in a turbo'd and mod. one as long as it's not too riced.

I have a car i'd be willing to trade.
2001 black mr2 spyder with the body and tranny 25k miles. (new engine only 800miles)
Hass stage II Turbo kit (jay hass installed and set this up himself) w/ boost control, porshe bov, gt28r turbo, and the black dual exhaust
I also have the "test pipe" for "offroad" use only. i just haven't gotten around to installing it yet.

Panasonic cd deck (one with the graphics and eq changing and everything) really nice deck! new door and tweater speakers also!
I have a trd body kit sides and rear not put on yet.

gutted out the soft top to have more weight reduction (still looks really nice inside.)
Int is mint with brand new seat covers.
I installed a small inside leds near the pedals on driver and passenger side (i could take this out if you would like).
Small small marks in paint (lil scratches here and there... after all it is driven, and one nickle size ding on hood). it's black so it's more noticeable then it really is bad. can't notice most unless u stae really hard at it.
20% tinted windows.
Smoke free.

I have just replaced the engine (only 1000miles), i bought the long block, so it's like brand new, new clutch, new throttle wire, new plugs, some new hoses and clamps, just changed out ALL the fluids in the car, o2 sensor, and more. I HAVE THE RECIEPT TO BACK ALL THIS TOO!

I have taken awesome care of this car and i hate to part ways with it. But i am in the mood for sumthin new like an RX-8.

New clutch, cable, long block (brand new! not used!), and a bunch of others when newmotor was swapped in, 7k with labor charges (have reciept for everything)
my cd player is being funny right now. speakers aren't working properly. i think some of the wires has kicked loose... $500+
new motegi wheels and tires 800$ (if u dont want these i got the stocks i can throw back on, small amount of curb damage on stocks)
