2004 Mazda RX-8; 6 speed manual; loaded including navigation system and heated seats; grey w/black leather; 2 sets of tires- for winter and summer driving. 31,000 miles & is still under warranty (4 yr/50K miles)

I am in a 4 yr lease and have 10 months to go. I am paying $482/month. I am looking for a person to either (a) take over the lease (thru Mazda) or (b) buy it outright for what is owed on it ($17,100). If a person takes over the lease, at the end of the term (this DEC) they will have the option to buy it from Mazda for around $14K.

NADA & Blue book value the car at around $18K
