You may want to add a detailed description of aftermarket, or "custom" parts on the vehicle, as well as some respective pictures. Otherwise, no one can know at all what you have or what is done to it.

Looks like a shine auto's rep lip, replica ms side skirts and volk gt-c copies to me. Interior is stock btw. IMO its value is prob near $10k

well ive already been offered more than that so at least a couple people think it is worth more but thanks for the appraisal.

 

and interior is not stock, has led interior lights, one of the best sound systems you will ever hear including in dash double din dvd and custom mock rotary shaped speaker area between the back seats

Yeah...if you were offered more than 10k you should jump because that car is probably worth 9.5k at most.

 

im confused, do people just repeatedly under value cars on this site or am i missing something? KBB book has this booking between 10.5 and 11 at base stock and that doesnt factor in most of the mods that have been done. check the link:

and before somebody tells me, i am alreally aware that mods don't always add value to the car but surely 10k dollars worth could net me an extra 500-1000 dollars? I don't think that is too much to ask...

 

kbb values are overestimate of what the market really is. Not trying to insult but yours mods will not net you much. Its just the market of our cars are small. I got offered $10,000 for my '04 with 50k miles and thats with genuine volks. If someone offers you 12 take it and take it quick.

I would suggest posting elsewhere (cars/autotrader/craigslist) because majority of us already have an 8.

you have to take into account the fact that some people dont LIKE mods to be done, people who want to do builds normally start from scratch stock cars. In some instances selling an aftermarket car for the value a dealership would + the tax you have to pay at the dmv is ridiculious. I bought mine for 13k wth 35000 miles and that included a 2000$ 36 month bumper to bumper warrenty.

Plus you gotta remember as wind said alot of us have rx8's.. so ebay or craigslist would be the way to go, those rims look like volks replicas to me and not the actual rims..

& can i ask what ohms your 2 12" subs are pushing? Anything can sound incredible to a person who has no idea what they're doing.. lol
