Reason for selling?
I moved to DC, I basically walk everywhere.
I drive the car maybe three times a week maximum, under 20 miles a week. I never get to take it above 35 mph.
I used to live in Virginia where I could enjoy the car and drive it all the time, and it was fantastic, but now all it does is sit in front of my house. It deserves a home with someone who can stretch its legs.

Yikes I am
39,000 miles - still smells new.
I put a lot of highway miles on it when I lived in Virginia but now, like I said, I barely put any on it. Car still has warranty left!

not to be an *** but I have read many posts about how sh!tty your car runs on the r flash. Is this the real reason for selling or does your car run perfect now. How did you fix your problems?

Replaced the o2 sensor, replaced BOV, retuned on the dyno. Car is running solid and fast. I would expect anyone who bought the car to drive it before they purchased it and see for themselves.
In truth my trials with the ECU were what made me question - is it worth it to keep tuning this car if I never even use its power? Is it worth it for me to get an Interceptor and make well over 300 whp, when I rarely go over 35 mph?
