I need to lower my monthly expenditures.... so this is what I need to get rid of, now that I have a daily driver

If anybody has followed my threads through the years on the RX-8 I had, you know how well I keep my cars. Do a little digging and you'll know, but long story short... the M3 is kept very well just as all others were. It's a little dirty now, but will be cleaned before sold.

It has:
6 speed
Xenons
19" Euro Rims
Premium Package (leather, power seats, moonroof)
Cold Weather Package (heated front seats, side heated mirrors, headlamp washers)
Harmon Kardan Premium Audio
46.5k miles

I am looking for $35.5k. The only problem the car had was a fog light with condensation, which was replaced. Otherwise, the car runs fantastically, all service done at the dealer and scheduled service done on time or earlier.

Any questions, please don't hesitate... I would like to move this quick as possible to avoid more payments so help me out folks! Also, I'm willing to help with shipping the car to the continental US, so long as the buyer arranges it. Title will be sent separately, as I have to pay off the loan and it may take a few days -- not terribly long.

nice! actually I was actually looking into a e46 m3 or maybe a e36 m3. Clean ride and a great price I might add. Where do you live?

I'm in NJ... the warranty is active until January, at which point you can extend it if you are so inclined. Given the problems (or actually, lack thereof), I would skip the warranty and just buy the extended maintenence. That is probably worth it, but the car itself is problem free, and has been.
