Manual 6 speed transmission (with RP short shifter installed)

This is a track ready car that never got taken to the track. Built her up over the years, garage kept, well maintained at Rotorsport in Santa Clara a well known Rotary Engine specialist. I put time, money and sweat into her, but never really pushed her to her full potential. She was babied and realize that I really don't need a pretty car to sit around and look at. She drives well with a fully adjustable coilover suspension set, nice wheels and tires with plenty of tread. This is an RX-8, so for god sakes if you know anything about rotaries you know I don't have the torque to do any burnouts :P Got oil changes at the recommended marks, switched to synthetic after the recommended break in period. Speaking of break in period, properly broke in the rotary engine using the Japanese Rotary Mechanic procedures.

Looking for a nice home for her.

That is an insanely good deal.

I bought my '07 GT with 41k miles for $14,750 before taxes... not including Mazdaspeed parts.

Do you have the stock wheels as well? Is there a catalytic converter still attached to the exhaust? I ask because I would need it installed to pass inspection in my state.
