Im selling my 2005 Mazda RX8. This is very nice and clean car. It has 40k miles on the body and only 700 miles on the engine. I just got it replaced with mazda factory rebuild engine. I have paper work to prove it. Its fully loaded with heated leather seats and navigation. Its automatic with paddle shifts. Im asking 12k obo or im interested in trades for the same value car or more expensive. If you have a cheaper car then you have to add cash to even out the deal. Message me for more info.

Correct. The only Shinka's in 2005 were all Black Cherry Mica in color. You could have a Shinka in Titanium Grey if it was a 2006 I believe. But the vin won't lie about the year.

I'm buying a 05 RX8 thats whitewater pearl and i typed in the vin # and its says RX8 base/Shinka

For 2004 and 2005, there were only 2 trim levels: Base and Shinka. The Sport, Touring, and Grand Touring were packages that could be added. This is why when I got my 2005 WWP I got it for such a steal, because the Mercedes dealer it was at knew it wasn't a Shinka, but had no idea that it was a loaded GT, so priced it as a 2 year old 8,000 mile base.

All 2005 Shinkas were Black Cherry Mica. 2006 Shinkas could be in a number of different colors, though no non-Shinkas were available in Copper Red, so that was exclusive to 2006 Shinkas.
