History
Original owner put 7xxx miles on the car, then a private dealer acquired the car (i blieve through an auction) and sold it to me with 7xxx miles. Car has a clean carfax. never been in a real accident, only a small fender bender as you can see from the scuffs on the rear bumper (only paint chips and cracks NO OTHER DAMAGE.

This car was previously turbo'd...i broke the e-shaft therefore i had to get a new engine. The car as a BRAND NEW remans engine built and bought from mazmart (very reputable company and some of the best rotary builders). The installation of the engine was done by Dave a KDR rotary in New Tripoli PA (rotary expert). the engine work still holds warranty through KDR Rotary (Transferable). ENGINE RUNS STRONG AND IS STILL BEING BROKEN IN!


Problems/Issues
TPMS light (tire pressure monitor system) is on since the current rims don't have tpms slots, if you switch it back to the stock rims it will go away.
glove box is missing the pump so it does not come down slowly? not a big issue
Rear bumper has some scuffing
clear coat on spoiler is fading a little
back left tail light has condensation but dealer will replace it for free (i have the tbs but havent had time to do it since im in school)
CEL from rx8store resonated midpipe

Lil Benny having a reason for selling is always nice, some people (myself included) are over suspicious and like a reason why the seller is selling the car or else think something must be wrong with the car. Just something I look for and bet some other people do too.

honestly? look at my car... stands out A LOT. i somehow managed to get about 13 tickets (not all moving violations) and i cant afford to stick out anymore..

Ive been on probation and lost my license and im on probation for another 11 months... sooooooo i assume my insurance is going up therefore i thought it would be wiser to keep a lower profile and get something more subtle... ex 4dr sedan.

dont get me wrong, i love the car, it WILL turn heads. but i cant afford anymore attention...

 

what do you suppose a price be? the engine is 100% working and strong.. i did take that in account... if you think about it... 04 with about 40k miles go for 16kish... mine is fully loaded plus some mods... so youre getting an 8 with basically a brand new engine for the price of one that has 37xxx miles..

like i said, price is negotiable, if youre serious about it, we can work something out

 

benny take the comments with a grain dude........the car is working properly and for a GT with mods i think the price is very accceptible....

 

price is definitely not too high. you already put the history on there and with the extras it is a good deal. 04s are already losing their bumper to bumper warranty so all we have left are our powertrain warranty so since this has the warranty on the new engine it's not much different than any other 04. $16.5K for that and the extras is right on target.

well ive paid over 3g in tickets... ive learned my lesson, surprisingly. i just had my license suspended this jan so im expecting my insurance to go up... therefore looking for a 4dr sedan... =/
