New Engine replaced under warranty at 57,152 miles (original engine ran good but had slight low compression. Convinced them to replace it under warranty)

New Hawk brake pads replaced last week
Smog check done and passed last week
BFG KDW Tires with 60% tread

I have owned this RX-8 since it had 11 miles on the clock when it arrived at the Mazda dealership when I was working there as a salesman. I have owned it ever since and have babied it and meticulously cared for it until now. I would keep her but we got another "family" friendly car and we simply don't have room for 3 cars. It has a clean Carfax and Auto check reports. I would be happy to share the reports upon request. I also have service history records that I can provide upon request as well. The car runs pristine and is as smooth as the day I bought it. The smog check is good for 90 days so if you purchase it within that time period, there is no need to smog it again.
