When posting images, look down below the message edit box for "Attach Files" and click the button that says "Manage Attachments" and then Browse, Upload, and then close the window. The file needs to be 200KB or smaller. It won't show up in your messge edit window, but will show up as an attached file that is thumbnailed. Don't fret, I had to learn it also. :D
