Zaino effect

Zaino effect
Has anyone noticed that after using Zaino the color of their car appears a shade lighter? I assume it has to do with the optical shine enhancing effect of it's polish. I have a Tit gray RX8 and love the color, but I'm kinda disappointed in the lighter shade of color effect after the Zaino - it now looks like a more medium gray to me and doesn't seem to still have that darker metallic gray "shimmer" it had before. I have been a pleased Zaino user for over 3 years and 4 cars. Has anyone else noticed this or am I just "seeing things". Thanks for your comments. :o

Many people feel that Zaino creates a surface that's "too shiny," if that's possible. I have noticed at times the color of the car can get kind of lost in all the reflections.
After my last detail, I chose to top my 4 layers of Zaino with S100 carnauba wax, and it darkened the paint just a bit, and gave a slightly wetter appearance. I really like the effect, and will probably continue to add a coat of S100 every other month or so.
Now, I have the look I want, with the added superior durability of Zaino protecting the car underneath. :D
