Weird mark on my car...What to do?
Hi All,
As I was going around wiping down my 8, I realized an interesting black mark on the driver side. It's not really visible unless you know where to look. The thing is, it's not really a scratch or a ding or a paint peeling or anything (sure hope not, I just got it 1 month ago!!) because the surface of the mark is as smooth as the rest of the car. What it does look like is someone took a permanent marker and drew some random pattern. Any ideas on what it might be and how I might be able to remove it?
Thanks!!

^ Kinda what he said. Might have been some tire rubber that was grazed your car while you were driving on the highway...

Sorry about the lack of pictures. Anyway, I took some pictures of the mark today. It was not easy because the surface is pretty reflective. I hope it is clear. Again, the surface of the mark is smooth, so I don't think it's a scratch.

As some have said...............it could just be rubber that kicked up and hit you. Have to tried to remove it with just a wet finger? Try that and if no good, you can try jus some wax or rubbing compound actually. Be very gentle though until you see what will take it off.
