Waxed today with Meguiars Gold Class (Pics)

I just waxed my car today and it came out real nice, next week i will clay bar it.

Looks really good!
I use to use it then I switched to Meguiars NXT Tech Wax 2.0........give that a try as well.

No, no real reason, but I'd be interested in which one you end up with. There is a pretty decent size thread around here about the best wax. Of course there is a ton to choose from.
Did you get the Meguiars clay bar kit? I used it about two weeks ago. Comes with two clay bars, polish, wax, and a towel!

I can hear the Zaino guys warming up now!

try putting 2 coats of gold class then one coat of nxt....my vr looks amazing after a good nxt treatment....

I think Meguiars has the best price to quality ratio of any car care products. Looks great BTW. Love the rims

first time i ever waxed my car was with meguiars gold class. well since it was my first time ever waxing i left the wax on wayyyyyy too long and left some residue. but damn you did a nice job man!

Orange peel is a condition of paint.. look at Picture #2 on your door.. see how the reflection is not crystal clear.. its called orange peel

You should of used the clay bar first. The clay bar will remove the wax. You are going to have to wax your car again.

Yes, while clay is designed to remove above surface bonded contaminants, clay will also remove some wax protection from the surface. We strongly recommend following the claying process with a coat of wax for maximum gloss and protection.

try washing with dishsoap....then clay bar...then gold class one or twice...then nxt ....prob gonna take 3-4 hrs though
