Removing brown "film" from dash - due to dealer detailing

I have a black interior that is showing (after one month) a barely detectable brown "film" on the dash. Any tips on what this may be, and how to remove it?

My guesses are that the dealer used some crappy shiner on the dash and the UV got to it.

It's most noticable on the top of the dash - texture of the dash makes it tough to see at first.

PS No smoking in the car.
