Orange Peel
Is it just me, or do some of the cars have perfect clear coats, with little to no "orange peel." I have been browsing through, and some of the black ones are just absolutely gorgeous...looks almost like custom paint. Is it just random? Or has something been done to them (similar to the custom job done in the DIY section)

A lot of people have complained about the orange peel. I have VR and it is worst on the doors. There is a fix, but I am not brave enough to attempt it. Not sure why Mazda got cheap on us here.

What I've heard is that the factory does the orange peel on purpose. It helps with the rock chips and debris scratching the car. Not sure if this is correct, can someone confirm?
