From what I can see in those pictures that doesnt look right to me. But I also dont use Soap like that either. Usually when you see haze like that that means there is soap under the film, I could be wrong though.

My friend owns a shop that does these clear bras. A lot depends on how you install them. I will tell you that he did the front of my 8, and he hated it the whole time. So much stretching had to be done to get it to contour to all the curves on the front bumper. But I will stand behind his claim that it takes a LONG time to cure. I had mine on my car for 2 months when all of a sudden it changed. It had a few tiny tiny bubbles here and there, and everything was on the car. All of a sudden the bubbles disappeared and some edges started to ripple. So he just trimmed the edges where it peeled and it has been perfect since then. It just took a long time to cure, just as he said it would. Now that it has cured and he did a final once over it looks like a super pro job. The only thing you can not fix is a crease. If the installer tries too hard to get out a bubble, or tries to strech in an un-even way it can crease. There is no way for a crease to be fixed, and it will not go away after time. He had one tiny crease when he started, so he started all over with a new piece. He spent 6 hours just putting on the front end. It's not because he's in-experienced, he just wanted it perfect. And you know what? It is perfect now that it's cured. I won't say that yours will cure and be perfect, but it should look better over time.

Rockblocker, he does use some water with a small amount of baby shampoo and alcohol..

Yeah, I figured from the pics he must. Tell him to try 50-50 water and alcohol. Most installers use that method still. I have been trying all kinds of new tricks to make it easier and faster.

Usually the product will take three to four weeks to totally cure out, but there are methods to speed that along.

And for a slip agent to use glycerin soap that is use to make soap at craft stores. Works way better and leaves less bubbles, lines and has a better finished product right out of the gate even on black cars.

why do i see so much marbling.. looks like super orange peel but only in some spots almost like running paint . again friday ill try to capture this on film

More than likely it is from where he was pressing harder on the film and that area is dry or from the baby shampoo. It will be alright.

I think my installer used 1/3 water 2/3 alcohol or the reverse with just one drop of soap as a lubricant. He actually spent a good 5-10 minutes testing the mixture to make sure it would work the way he wanted. I was impressed at how good he was. He had experimented with other mixtures, but this one reacted exactly the way he wanted. Slipped when he wanted to push film, stuck when he let go. Interesting process to watch...
