Maybe it was the comment that Sam is the east coast favorite?
After seeing some awesome drivers at Atwater and Wendover, I would say anything could happen. It will be exciting to watch. Maybe THE most exciting class at Nationals. Too bad, I heard over at the scca forums earlier this year that B-Stock was dead ... :p

I was only responding to your earlier comments to Keith (Imp) that he shouldn't let some westerner run his car to try to block points.
Am I confident I can beat you straight up in the same car and/or beat Sam et al in the MR2? Heck no! Do I want the opportunity to see if I can? Of course. If this helps me for the finale, great. First I have to be beat Keith or whoever I co-drive with, and this is not going to be an easy fete.
I've always wanted to run straight up against people in the same or equal cars and have the faster driver win. Obviously having GH in the car with you gives you someone of the highest caliber to run against. This is why I like running in stock because we are all "theoretically" driving equal cars.
My only point is that you shouldn't be worried about me. I know you're confident in your own skills (as well you should be,) so me coming out to run gives one more person to beat, but that shouldn't be cause to berate someone else for allowing me to co-drive!
Ron (will bow out on voting on whether the 968 should be put out for member comment next weekend) - OOOPPSS the lure became dislodged, I'm free to swim again!

Joe Geoke had his car about four days, 3rd in wendover, got the quickest left side run if he would have had a quick right could have won. I think Randy Knoll, who does not even own an 8 has driven more than any of us, three events or so before a pair of 2nd places in Atwater. Sipe jumps in a barrowed car and win Houston tour.
Almost forgot about GH... Glad he hit cones or his first event in the car would have had 2nd place to go with it.
