For me, I found that the throttle was just a little too far from the brake pedal to heel-toe comfortably. So I did a DIY that shows how to easily reposition the gas pedal a little further to the left. DIY - Gas Pedal Mod for Heel-Toe

I found it easier to keep the ball of my foot on the brake, then blip the throttle with the side of my foot rather than my heel. Note - if you get stainless steel brake lines, the brake pedal travel is far less, and should make it easier to just twist your foot to blip the throttle.
