This should be fun....

San Diego Tour...looks like placing in the top half of the class will be a major accomplishment, for some of us...I do notice that someone is very conspicuous in their absence...

There are only 4 national champs, what's the big deal?

It will take some serious driving just to get in the trophies. I'm a little conflicted over which class to run. I'd like to do well at my home tour, and SS looks pretty tempting at the moment... although it would be interesting to see where I would stack up in such a strong BS field.

Interestingly enough I found out the car was sold and was being driven by the new owner at the local event this weekend. Guess they have a deal to still have JGW + McHugh drive it at the tour.

or they just haven't changed their entry yet once you're registered you can wait and make any changes when you check in at the event, this is common

And to think, I left SS just to get away from guys like Braun and run against pushovers like UHOSER....

Now, Braun's my co-driver and we have JGW and McWho thrown into the mix...to say nothing of the known BS contenda's...

Am I reading that right? Did James sell the car to someone else?!? If so, sigh.

Carl Vandershult (sp?). He has been in a FS Benz the last few years for local stuff and co-drove with Max Hater in his STU sti at natls.

He is the guy that brought all the blinky ice cubes to natls.

Ok, I'll start the bidding off at what it's worth then... $1.

Do I hear $2?

Poor attempt at some smack talk. I'm still learning, just like with my driving.

Jason and I have talked previously about what his co-drive charge should be...

Hey, I'm right with you in the "smacktalk trainee" group...

I thought Jason only let his wife co-drive...for whatever reason he may have.

(of course, now that I've said that, Jennifer will probably "skirt" me at El Toro)

You have it backwards. He is whipped... it's her car and she only allows him to drive it.

There is a very short list of people that have driven it and they are all either multi-time natl champions or solid mid-packers:

Gary Thomason
Tom Kotzian
Jason (mp5)
Brian Coulson

Maybe when you get up to mid-pack status you can have a shot.

She wont be officially skirting you, changed to L1. Jessica has a fashion show early Saturday, Jennifer missed Sat AM runs last year to go to one, so by running in L1 she should be able to get there in time for her run group.
