So in october ill be entering my second autocross and am looking to do a couple more mods before hand. But i cant decide what to do... The mods I have done since my first event:
brand new cat "warranty"
cat-back
tein springs

ok so im definently getting new tires because the wooden goodyears already on there are about toast.

Should i go with new lighter wheels with the new tires or stiffer sway bars front and back?

Also the track i will be running on in this event is very small i averaged 34 seconds while fastest guy "wrx on slicks" was in the low 30's

 

Focus on your driving and improving the car as-is before throwing money at it. I'm positive there is plenty more to be gained in your times and experience before you have to spend money to go any faster.

But, tires are certainly one of the biggest improvements you can make to any car, and a set of any of the latest sticky summer tires will be very fun for an autocross, track day, or whatever else. Between wheels and sway bars, I would either go with wheels (to assist with changing back and forth between your tires) or saving for shocks or a full coilover kit.

 

Learn the rules so you don't make mods that put you in a class where you don't want to run. Which btw, those springs just moved you out of the Stock class.
