*warning: expressing personal opinion*

Let me start by stating that I equate content produced by 'mazda motorsports' to that of MSM idiot opinion pieces selling the least valuable content in the race (pun intended) for eyeballs.

Now the car. I really like the engine harness reduction, the board panel, used TTX's and the door card gut / pull solution on this vehicle. But other than that, I'm sorry but I personally don't find anything particularly compelling and I find it odd this vehicle warranted a 'feature' with weird gushing comments like 'it's a work of art.' Please pass the crack pipe sir. You'll have to excuse my frankness, but I find another oddity in how nearly every single amateur usdm driver / team (whatever they tell themselves) have the same general 'build philosophy' as mentioned / described endlessly in every article / profile / write-up (they really do their best attempt in driving home the point that these professionals love their career(s) AND love working on their 'budget' mazda in every minute of spare time they have while also making sure to take full advantage of those SUPER generous contingencies). I've found this premise to be completely false, misleading and absolutely unrealistic. It's like a twilight zone episode where everyone at the batting cages thinks they're as good as or on will be better than Barry Bonds. GTFO here with that bs. I just don't get how so many people (young or old) want to be a race car driver like it matters at all. The egocentricity aground racing is truly unbelievable.

That was four years ago...

Mazda Motorsports is in the business of selling Mazdas by supporting Mazda enthusiasts, not producing hard-hitting Pulitzer prize articles.
It's a marketing fluff piece. Get over it.

^^apparently his footsteps are good enough for you to walk in given that comment … :suspect:

I almost bought everything from him except the trailer and truck, but bailed when push came to shove

sort of relieved I didn’t given the storage issues I presently have.
