Yes very custom but also available... Just drive up to Rochester and give me a couple of months... Might help to rob a bank on the way!

Pics from Sunday. Will be blogging about it soon. Learned the benefit of setting the dampers to soft and lower tire pressure in cold weather.. :D

Zelse, what event was this from? A good friend of mine drives a green Miata on street tires and has been causing people pain in the area... The other day he told me "Dude, someone showed up to an event in your car. Black, RPF1's, Star Specs, I seriously did a double take!"

lol Really? Def isn't me. I'm in the Boston area. This was SCCA though last Sunday. And it was cold as hell and I wasn't doing so good at first..like I said, learned how to drive with cold tires on cold pavement...a bit of the hard way with slow times, but at least I learned and got good times in the afternoon. If I had more runs I could've gotten faster times I think.

I'm from Massachusetts originally, and he races out at Devens just about every event but he doesn't go to SCCA events much anymore, just the local Ford and Porsche clubs. I realized after my post that it might seem a bit off that someone from Seattle thinks they saw you

Yeah thats why I was surprised but didn't know you were from MA originally! I do go to Renegade Miata events all the time though. Those are the two clubs I race with. Next year I'm going to go for 3 clubs and get as much seat time as possible. I'm still embaressed with my times in the cold due to lack of experience :/ But we all learn sometime..right?

Now that's something different beside the motor plate...all that other neat "old school" stuff ?

(Edit) ...[of course, per your website, it's a Mazda RX7 13B ! Nice swap! So this wasn't possible to do right with a RENESIS I guess?]

Nice to see the engine laid bare, sitting so nice and low...like a beer keg in there

So my buddy's name is Zack, he drives a green miata and he's always willing to help new guys out. He was out here for 2 weeks to visit me and we went to 5 events total in that time and it's incredible the difference he made in my driving. Let me know via PM the next event you're going to and I'll tell him to look out for you

Still need to get air filter box done, will be cowl feed when done. Duel masters were a trick and need some sorting still and yes the motor sits low... too low. It is the lowest part of the car now but a combo of custom pan and the new splitter should make it acceptable. T101 trans works great so far but haven't been able to really test it yet. Still on the list is the vented hood, splitter, wing, and a bunch of other small stuff. Big issue was rewiring the entire car. Stock stuff was too street carish and hard to deal with. So I made a complete harness and tossed the old one. Must be 50# worth of crap there Anyway we have run out of time to test the car so we will not be taking it to VIR for the 13hr but look out next year!
