Pedal Adjustment

I find that my accellerator is too low for proper heel and toe maneuvers... that and My feet are huge (size 16) any suggestions as to what would be a good remedy for this issue?

there are after market things that can help with petal distance... mostly its a nut / washer set... sometimes a bracket, etc... ive never looked... but im sure there is one out there.
