Whiteline Swaybar?

Ok so i'm looking to purchase the whiteline front bar for the RX-8...does anybody know a good line on a shop that sells them? google is not my friend and gives me nothing other then the mazdaspeedstore.com and they won't use my credit card cause i'm a canadian wanting to get it shipped to a place in the states.

I tried the search and nothing came up, but i may not of tried long enough.

Oops I missed the part about www.mazdaspeedstore.com not taking your credit card. I also looked at global performance parts but they were more expensive which is why I went with mazdaspeedstore

Have you tried calling them? I called them to ask about shipping and stuff and they were quite helpful.

I've looked the best i could for information. that's why i want to go with the whiteline cause it seems to be just a little bit stiffer then the stock ones and at a pretty good price. Looking at it for BS autocross, we need to cut down some body roll, maybe starting with the koni's first then try the swaybar i guess. rather just do it all at the same time insead of relearning twice.

gonna crack out the sportscar and see what it says, supposedly last issue had something?

Jason wrote the article in SportsCar. He's kidding.

Or trying to keep the competition at bay for a while longer...

I have my tires from nationals last year when i was running my TT, and a couple of free ones from tours and nationals last year. So it's cheaper for me to run hoosiers then kumho's right now.

If you keep winning at Tours and Pros, running Hoosiers can be more cost effective, because the contingency is better...e.g. at SD, the Hoosier contingency was worth about twice what Kumho would have paid me.

Wink

Well I put the koni's in last night that took a calm 5.5 hours and a couple beers to finish. It should just be rolling off the alignment rack as we speak. going to pick up the swaybar and endlinks this weekend along with my next set of hoosiers from the ups depot just across the boarder. we'll see how this changes things.

hopefully we can get rid of some of the body roll. and we were lifting the front tire about 5 inches at the last event. as cool as it looks i'd like to lessen that effect.

Booked my hotel for Peru, so anybody in BS i'll see you guys there...

Got pics of that front tire lift? Are your konis set at full stiff? Were you running the 275 A6's?

I've seen pics of RX-8's lifting an inside front tire, but never by that much - even when using the stock FSB.

Nobody at that corner where we were bringing it up really high had a camera, it was at the very far end of the course so the camera guy never walked out their either. The one picture we do have of lifting the tire at the first event everything is in shadow so you can't see how high it is off the ground. the picture here is with the stock street tires...not even R's and we got the front up!

In the pictures above we're on the stock suspension which is bilstein struts cause it's a 40th anniv. i just put the koni's wednesday night, going to pick up the car from the alignment shop after work today. We have run two events with the 275 A6's one event was 36 degree's and windy as hell, the other 30degrees with snow and puddles...not the best indicator of performance.

I set the struts to 1/4 turn off full stiff rear, and 1 turn off stiff in the front. the front we will probably stiffen at the event, we'll how it goes, we have some good bumps at our site so i may leave the front a bit softer, not too sure. The tires have 28 runs on them now, so i'm picking up the new set of hoosiers and rota's tomorrow. we don't run locally in June, so i'll be at the peru tour with no practice for a month. should be fun...now do i use old tires there cause it chews them up....or new tires cause i have a possibility of contingency...tough call really.
