Lego, I'm going to be late for work this morning because I had to take a little extra time to read your post. Screw it! I'm so enjoying your thread. Great vacation my friend.

Hey everyone, I'm new here at the RX-8 forums, and I must say, I am really touched by everyone's interest in and support for ROAR!
I'm Adam - the "A" in ROAR. Just thought I'd let you all know the little bit that I know about what happened during the race(I wasn't down at Daytona due to school).
The #63 car was doing VERY well running in the top 15 near the end of the race, and hoping to have a chance to move up with all of the late-race full course cautions. Andy was driving at the time after Joe put him in a great position to attack the field. However, during one of the last full-course cautions, Andy was hit, not by just one car, but by TWO different cars (under yellow!!). Because of this he dropped down to 24th, but was able to get back to 20th to take the checkered flag. REAL bummer.
The #62 finished 27th, and that's all I know about them because of the drama with the #63. Everyone down there has been working so furiously to see what we can do that they've forgotten to call me and give me updates... sucks.
But, it was still encouraging that we were running so well at a track that is totally dependent on Horsepower (look at the Acuras sweeping the top 5 spots).
I'm sure you can count on us to deliver at a track more suited the the 8's!
And thanks for the pictures and updates, Lego... I'm very jealous!
