Okay, I'm starting to get annoyed with Mazda Motorsports. I e-mailed my application for membership, including required racing results, to their e-mail address. That was a month ago. A couple weeks ago I sent updated results. But when I login I still see my account is not active. I can't even get an answer to my e-mails. WTF, O?

Are these folks always asleep at the switch? Anybody else have similar experiences with the Motorsports folks??

 

Perhaps you should try faxing them the results, that is what i did, and as I remember I received pretty prompt service.

 

you have to call them on the phone, they are very short on resources i.e. low budget operation

the benefit to you is tremendous though, so count your blessings ...

 

Call them; they will validate your account over the phone immediately and are extremely helpful overall.
