I just started autocrossing (did my first run today. Awesome) and was wondering if anyone else who does it could provide any useful information? Like what I should do to keep the engine healthy, or things i could do to improve my track performance. I dont know very much about cars or racing, but Im learning as much as I can. I did see some guys messing with their tire pressure so that must be important.

I would really like to get into drifting and maybe work my way up to pro racing, but I think im to old for that (24). Any help is greatly appreciated.
