Front Wheel Studs same as Rears?

All the parts stores only seem to carry rears. Can someone confirm that front and rear wheel studs are identical, or provide information on where to find fronts?

Thanks.

(posted here because there was no response from tech forum, and I figure some Solo competitors probably have experience with this, with all the the wheel changes they do)

They are not the same, one is a little longer than the other.

Thanks, ULLLOSE. I guess I can just go to Mazda for the fronts then.

Hmm, Mazda wants $10 a pop, and they aren't even in stock. Anyone know of a better option for front wheel studs?

Ouch, they're only $2.80 through Mazda Motorsports. You should definitely join if you do any kind of racing.

Where are you located? I have a couple extra front studs...

Yeah, I'm already a member of Mazda Motorsports, but wasn't able to identify the correct stud on their website. Do you happen to have a part number?

I'm actually located in San Jose, but will be down in San Diego this weekend. I don't anticipate needing it anytime soon, I just like having spares while autocrossing. Thanks for the offer though.

Part #: F151-33-062

Was it too hard to click on the picture of the RX-8 and then the picture of the front hub/rotor?

Anyways, I just checked and have 4 of them and we'll be at Qualcomm Stadium all weekend for the National Tour.

Thanks. I hadn't used the "stock parts" link before--I just always went straight to the advanced search, which listed parts but didn't describe what models they applied to.

Guess I'll be seeing you this weekend; I'll be in BS car #194.
