DaveFZ1 is one of those members who doesn't post much.

But he had much better times than me. I need to get new wheels and tires.

I was suppose to get some shots of his car only, but I didn't get them from the photographer

What are your times for the big track? I didn't have a timer the last time I went out, but upon review of the footage I managed to actually get, my best time was 1:49. I know I went faster, but without anything to back me up I'm sticking with 1:49

1:47 then she started to get cold again. And after discussion with the group we all agreed that there was no more traction to be had for that day.

We all got slower times.

Many were running 1:33 to 1:35

One RX 8 got 1:41 to 1:42

My first time there with a bad setup for tire width and whel width.

Went from 2:08 at 40 degrees for the first lap to 1:47 before the weather changed.

That's on my list.

Can't go faster with the current set-up.

Main thing is to be safer, which means new wider wheels and tires.. forget the speed safety and fun is what she is all about.

Do they run a tight ship in terms of safety and organization?

Hey you got a pic of me! Sorry I didn't get to talk to you guys much that day. I got my times down to 1:47.077 Sunday (1:48.413 was my best time Saturday when I talked to you guys).

Planning on going out again anytime soon? I just did Streets CCW yesterday, and we'll be at Spring Mtn. next weekend.

That would be mine..

It was definitely a fun day. The next track event that I plan on attending is through Speedventures in April at buttonwillow.

Then back to Ca. speedway in May for their ROVAL event.. cant wait!!

You better watch out for a blur going past you though. I purchased my race tires and cant wait to try them out. Got the new BF R1's.

Hopefully i'll have the AP by then. Are you going to purchase it Razz?

Kinda of hard to pass me with my new 20RWHP mods.

I need some lessons on turn 9 and 10's or just new wheels and tires.

I can catch up to everyone on turn 10 but then I have to go around it. :
