Where are all the rx8's at??? Looks like 1 350z (2 drivers) and 1 MR2 so far?


So who is going to go? I was hoping for a big BS turnout.

 

Only 106 signed up, total, 'cause the event is still over 3 weeks off...I wouldn't read too much into it until you start closing in on the early entry deadline. On the other hand, Blytheville may end up drawing about as well as a Mineral Wells or Bendover...

 

Over 180 for Wendover Pro Snowlo event, not bad for a Pro

The Lincoln Pro was only around 165

Unfortunately work will keep me from traveling to any long distance events for May and June, so the Blytheville and Farmington events fell off my "maybe" list ...

 

I'm not to worried about the "total" I was more focused on getting some BS compitition. No rx8's want to come play with the Z. We need somebody to come so we can test our super secret new set up aginst

But on that subject...the Houston tour had a bunch of people sign up right before the early registration ended. So hopefully it will play out the same. I know theres at least 10 local people that are going that aren't signed up yet...most are in STU...

Seriously, I hope you guys get a good class together. Are there many RX-8 drivers in that general area?

Let me check. They were from a two day event that was run there last year when they were still considering potential sites to host Solo Nationals.

Yeah, the BS/CS idea makes tons of sense...

btw, baghead, Atwater is NOT "nowheresville"...in comparison to Blytheville, it is a destination resort.

Thanks everyone for signing up and making BS a good class to be in. I know I don't post much but I do read alot(here and other forums). It will be nice to put some faces with screen names

 

I'll be there, but in a S2000 CR. Ben Pullen, the MR2 Turbo driver, is a pretty talented driver. He finished one spot out of trophies in ES the last two years at Topeka, and he's been driving well locally in the Turbo this year.

Work RG1, when it is as cool as it is going to be...

Run RG3, when it will be in the mid 80's...edj, I hope you're bringing your sprayer!
