I think this is the race Car & Driver had an entry in last year.

 

as did R&D. not sure if they're back this year, but I did spot a GRM tent go up as I was leaving.

Saturday Update:

Disaster Strikes Team Pit Crew Revenge! during the 6th hour both #14 and #15 suffer bad damage in separate incidents. #14 is likely terminal. #15 will attempt to receive radiator transplant and might be able to run Sunday. #15 Jetta was running in 21st place (out of 80+) at the time of incident.

Race Recap:
our car received successful radiator transplant in time to take the Green Sunday morning! car charged thru the field picking up at least 16 places in the morning and early afternoon. Unfortunately, with under 2 hours remaining, the Jetta suffered a blown CVJ, stuck on track. without a spare, or much time, our race was done. Team Pit Crew Revenge #15 Jetta finishes in 46th place out of 83.
