do you guys stay in Adel or hike back & forth from Valdosta?

I still remember the Great Moultrie Freeze Your @ss Off Tour from 1996, hope that never happens again (snow flurries, high winds)

 

I'll be staying in Adel at the Super 8. right across from the Days Inn. Stayed there the past 2 years with no problem, shorter drive to the track.

 

I'm staying in Valdosta. Last time I was in Adel and I ended up down in Valdosta for dinner anyway. Adel is a lot closer if you want to go back to the hotel during the day.

Agree. I've usually stayed in Adel, since I come from the North, but my codriver comes from the South, so last couple times I've stayed there. Adel is a little closer and (generally) cheaper, but Valdosta has more restaurant options.

If someone wants to protest me for having 2, 10lb weights added to each side of my car then so be it...I changed the bumper because of the aero, the sides give me no advantage whatsoever. If someone really wanted to protest over that then they have no soul.

 

Plenty of people have no soul, especially when it comes to other people intentionally breaking the rules. I would advise you not to show up with them on at Nationals.
