I am sure on the 11th when I am at the cal club event she will be shopping.
You could join her. You want to see KW cry, come home with some shoes that cost more than his wheels.

ok I am thinking about the Pro Solo (just a little) what all would be involved?
I would have to get an SCCA membership right? how much is that? can I get that their, or is that a before hand thing?
Just curious about doing it, most likely I wont due to finances.
how much does everything cost?
Keith, you driving out their both days, or are you getting a room?

looking at SCCA's web site, It is $60 to become an SCCA member but since I am still a baby (25 or under) it would only be $45.
then how much to run the pro? ( I cant find a price on teh web site)
EDIT:
Special discounted membership designed to help those age 25 and under get started. Delivers all the benefits of a regulare membership, including your own copy of SportsCar®, at an exceptional value of only $45 per year.
LIARS!!!!
you have to be under 21 years of age. now I feel old.

I wasn't planning on getting a room, that would just increase the cost of things. I was planning on just driving back and forth...plus, I didn't want to just leave my car parked outside at a Motel 6....but who knows....a split room cost may be worth it, rather than the fuel costs of driving back and forth....?

...kinda reminded me of a Miata though.....don't like the styling of these things. Good for the older crowd I would think...and the girlies, definately a girlie car.

Jason's do you guys have the link yet, for the SD results from this weekend? Or that link to the guys that were taking pictures yesterday? Thanks.
Ullose, nice times yesterday...of course, that was after like 6 runs.....how many reruns did you have, and who was the fool that was running in front of you that kept killing the cones at the finish?

Results are not up yet. My quick time was a 61.0.

Casey, I sent a note to the registar for the ProSolo, asking if there was anyway to switch my current registration, for a codrive in BSP...I don't expect any difficulties in switching over registration, so just let me know if this is something you want to do....maybe I could bring my set of tires to my mom's (if we decide to stay there), so that your tires don't get the brunt of the tire wear for both days.....just an idea.
The Solstice pictured above is the CS national champ car from Washington and the 2 drivers are among the best in the country. Jason put the smack down on them, but they may have been sandbagging.
I actually took the pics... only got a few and none of our run group. FYI, Pro Solo entry fee is $85 on top of SCCA membership.

ok, there were two Solstice at the event...the one pictured above has a single exit exhaust bumper..while the other one has a dual exhaust exit bumper (even though he had no exhaust tip exitting either hole and had a custom exhaust)...are both of these the supercharged versions...are there any easy way to tell the difference between the two?
The other one is the GXP model, turbo-charged with 260hp vs. 177hp. It's in A-stock. From looking at pics, the GXP also has a little lip spoiler in the rear and a slightly more aggressive front end.
