1st Place in Auto-X Event

Ran some 350z's, G35's and numerous Honda's (including an S2000) and VW's at an Auto-X event this past weekend in the Import 2WD Non-turbo category (fortunately there were no Miata's in this category as the only Miata was turbo charged and it ran about 2-3 seconds faster than most of the field). I ran about a second faster than the 350z's and the G35's, they were flocking over to my car after they saw how fast it ran and were asking me all kinds of questions and stuff. One of the 350z's was turbocharged and that did not help him much, as he was still slower than I was. I took home a 1st place in this category, my second Auto-X event. Will post VIDEO later.

Check out this little gem that showed up later

it is the same car mentioned that rolled off the truck here:

I think it has about 600 miles on it now

Indeed autox is very much about the driver, since it is difficult to use shear power to make up for mistakes. I will frequently beat more powerful cars, but at the same time be beaten by well-driven, less-powerful cars. This is where PAX comes in handy in determining your progress. BTW, congrads!!

Did the lambo actually race, or was he just there to impress the other men?

Congrats! Driver skill is so important in autocrosses.

I bet the G35 would have gone faster if it didn't have the neon lights (fog lights???) on. They were draining way too much power.

He did a NOS purge at the end too, didn't help much either.
