So I took my 2009 R3 to the track for the first time abd my results were:
15.2@ 95.01 with a 2.55 60'
15.1 @ 94.57 with a 2.424 60'
15.01 @ 93.89 with a 2.455 60'

Mods are a aem intake and turbo xs cat back and mid pipe

 

Work on your launch. Those 60ft times are aweful. You should be deep in the 14s with a better 60ft.

 

Yea I know they are bad. What why is the best why to lauch?

 

my advice would be to not waste your time or your clutch getting your 60' down. theres no corners in the quarter mile

 

Never dragged this car, but you still have to launch sometimes in solo. I launch about 5k-6k to get a little wheel spin and modulate throttle to keep it under control.

For me, im no pro, i don't keep the rpms steady before I launch...I tap the throttle to rev quickly between 3k-4k. Feather the clutch out and go. I like to ride the clutch a little bit for 1->2 for my 2nd gear syncro's sake.

But I'd PM kersh4w, he can drag the crap out of a NA RX8.
