Just get urself a small compressor. ie one that connects to the cig lighter. Can buy those just about any auto store. You can even buy them at WallyWorld. Cost will most likely be a lot less than the KPa unit.
The one that comes in the 8 is measured in KPas not in lbs
Says>> inflate to 220 Kpa instead of 32psi. Not as easy to read, ie measures in 0, 1, 2, 3 , x 100
instead of lbs which would be in smaller units ..easier to read..esp for an old eye.
Since most of us, ie Americans are used to the PSI system and not the KPa system, the unit that comes with the 8 is hard to use/convert to PSI
We are used to the PSI and not the KPa system
PSI KPA
28------193
29-----199.9
30-----206.8
31-----213.7
32-----220.6
33-----227.5
34-----234.4
35-----241.3
36-----248.2
37-----266.1
38-----262
39-----268.8
40-----275.7
etc
The unit that comes with the 8 is hard to read down to the 10s unit. says 0, 1, 2, 3 times 100.
How can u be sure its 248.6KPa?
The units one buys in USA is in PSI, much "smaller" units than the KPa. Easier to read/ make sure its to 36psi than 248.6KPa. or whatever PSI you want to inflate ur tires.
