I would say it's probably a custom job. If you look at the engine cover, you can see it has been done is plexiglass as well.

That was on the Greddy show car.

It has the Veilside kit, titanium silver RX-8 with Greddy down the side.

Basically it was plexi with Greddy etched into it. Can easily be done by an etching shop.

It looks real nice and definitely shows off the goods.
