WTB : Daytime Running Lights module (DRL)

I'm looking for a working DRL module that controls the high beam lights.
It's located near the glove box, passenger side.

need it shipped to Canada, will pay for that.

I am also looking for this part as my relay randomly opens and closes at high speed during some cold days.
