Be careful with used Access Ports. I bought mine and the asshat didn't unmarry it from his car. Cobb wanted to charge me $400 to reset it. Make sure you can find a way to verify that it's unmarried from their car, or that it's a trustworthy / reliable person, and use paypal so you can request a refund if it's bricked.

No, they charge you almost as much as a new one. They don't want people tuning a car, then selling the tool without taking the tune off. They can sell more tools that way.
