Need help from the San Diego members!

Drove into San Diego last night for work and blew a tire. Anyone near by have a used tire they'd like to sell? I need to drive back to los angeles later this evening and would rather pick up a used tire, as opposed to patching the hole (not even sure if that's an option).

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks but I was able to tow the car to discount tire who patched the tire for free. Apparently its a free service that they have...who knew.
