Does the price include the rails and the mounts. Basically what I'm asking is if this is a Plug-n-Play set up?

 

yes this is a plug and play, it is a fixed position with custom mounting brackets. they are made of quarter inch steel, the seat is really as low as possible; gives a great response hwen autocrossing. i got custom brackets cuz i had a friend who could do it. and yes it is just one seat.
