I have sold my RX-8 and have removed all my aftermarket items. This is one of the most complemented things I have done to my car and would make a great addition to yours! Up for sale is a custom 10" sub box with matching amp shroud. The box is made by a company called ZEnclosures. It is one of the nicest prefab boxes I have ever worked with! It is made from 3/4" MDF and is dual chambered with .75 cu. ft. per side for a total of 1.50 cu. ft. The box has a depth of 8.5" and the subwoofer mounting holes are 9 1/8". It has side facing terminal cups with speaker wire already soldered to the cups. It is also covered in premium carpet which matches the RX-8's trunk liner pretty nice. The box features a front face that matches the contours and depth of the RX-8's trunk sides. Included are 2 brackets for securing the back of the box to the rear deck of the car. The amp shroud was custom made to go along with the box. You install the amplifer in the well of the trunk and the shroud goes in place to give the system that custom built-in look. The shroud is made from 1/4" MDF and has a 1/8" acrylic window to view the amp. The window measures 18" L X 10" H. The shroud is made in 3 pieces: the center and 2 folding sides which are hinged by the carpet. The shroud is covered with the exact same carpet the box is covered with for a perfect match. I installed the stereo this past spring and took out out the equipment last month. Everything is in excellent new condition with no stains or tears in the carpet. My RX-8 was not a daily driver and nothing was ever carried in my trunk after the system was installed. Please note: Only the box and shroud are for sale. If willing to go any lower please let me know. I was fixing to get the exact box off ebay a few days ago, but didnt because of amp mounting. Or if willing to seperate pieces please let me know as well.

I'll drop the price down to $250 shipped. The sub box is heavy and the amp shroud has a big box of it's own so shipping this is not going to be cheap. As I mentioned before, this setup is in excellent condition! Save yourself the hassle of building your own with this one. Also, check out my sale on the pictured RF subwoofers. They sounded GREAT in this enclosure.

Grrrr, I want... but am in Canada...
I know you said you'd only ship to the states... And I personally don't want to go through the whole racket of having something shipped from the states again... Way too much of a headache, plus incurred 2 extra charges for Customs and the Warehouse that held it until it cleared customs...

Good luck with the sale though, very nice and clean setup you had... Will look great again in someone elses 8
