I do have the instructions that came with the kit. The range of the shocks are great. For regular street driving, I had it set on their recommended setting, which is 5 turns from full firm front and rear (slightly stiffer than stock). When I was hauling people, I would stiffen up the rear a little and crank the rears to 3 turns from full firm. For spirited riding I would use 3 turns from full firm all around.

Hope this helps!

reason i ask is because i have been looking to get new shocks/struts, i currently have s-techs on stock struts/shocks. have been like that for 2 years or 50k+ miles. and i think they are getting a little sloppy. i dont track, its my DD but i like a firm grip. and i can really feel the car roll taking corners now.

They can be set to a stiff setting so that shouldn't be a problem with these shocks. Of course spring rates play a role in overall suspension firmness as well.
