Well it is brand new.... and wrapped in DEI thermal insulation. Sold my car before ever installing it.

On a different note; not a good idea to heat wrap a rotary engine. you want the heat to conduct away from the header as much as possible or there a huge possibility you'll melt your cat.

 

It has no effect on the cat in that regard.
