Is it a 5hz or 20Hz model?

Marc, I'm not sure. I sent an email to the company to research. They said 95% of their sales were the 5Hz model. I gave them the serial number and they are supposed to get back to me Monday. They had to email England.

More technical data about the unit here: http://www.race-technology.com/upload/DL1_Dsheet.pdf

You should know by how much you paid for it. The 20Hz model costs more than the 5Hz

Sure, if I had the receipt sitting here, right in front of me......I guess I shouldve kept the receipt in the box.

I'll consider a reasonable offer. If not sold quickly here to an RX8 guy, I'm gonna post this on a general racing forum. It will go quickly there.

Just thought you would recall what you paid for it 1.5 years ago vs the cost difference per your links

Since you don't know odds are it's a 5Hz. Is a legitimate question to ask given the cost difference between the two.

glws ...

I agree it's probably 5hz (I stated so in #6 above) and is still a deal at $250 below new cost for that unit. If you're interested, make me an offer.

I know this is an old thread but I was curious if you used the CAN adaptor to read engine diagnostics or if you just used it as a stand alone unit. Also curious how the new RX8 owner of this unit is using it.

Bump,

Can't get the CAN adaptor to work at all, not really sure what I am doing wrong. I am going to reach out to support but figured I would ask again here in case anyone has tried to use the CAN port to monitor the engine while it was running...
