I used the location in your sig and assumed thats where your from. If you were at southern va close to NC at the time I see it taking 14 hours. Driving through the whole state of VA is horrible and long.


I wouldnt say its a rip off as he is still 50% lower than new. But since its been known how much he paid for it and now wants to charge for gas money used to pick up the price and will not ship. That makes it a tough sell.

I say since you traveled such a long distance and wasted an entire day getting these parts. You should just keep them and wait until you can get them painted sometime. You wont be in the money hole forever.

 

Might not be a rip off I suppose but that depends.. I think its stupid that he's trying to burden the next owner on the money he wasted on gas.. it was his own choice why should someone else pay for it? It prolly would of been shipped for cheaper than that.

 

Thanks yeah...it was no fun. If I don't get what I want for it, i understand, even though I still think $300 is a great deal. And yes, I probably will install them if they don't sell.

 

Shipping and packaging is very expensive, I looked into it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however I would still pay up to $425-450 for these and think that $300 is a great deal.

^ I did. I stand by my statement(except for the used part) but whatever.. if someone wants to pay more than what u got them for then that's up to them. Personally I wouldn't cover your $125 gas charge as you picked these up for yourself, not for anyone else.

 

Dude everything you buy in life has the cost of transporting the item around + overhead + other stuff built into it. He is just trying to make his money back. It's not like he is asking the same price as new for it like so many people on this forum are fond of. Just because he got one hell of a deal means he has to pass that on to you? oh and btw these are not authentic. i told him i thought they were but they arent. fitment wasnt that good and these are knockoffs. he did live in fairfax va when he came cuz he left at 7 and was at my house by 12. well that what he told me anyway. these were on my car for a good 6 months and i bought these from lepichichi awhile back so hes the third owner. if someone buys these for $300 your just plain stupid.

yeah i drove with them on primer. i thought they looked best like that and i didnt have the money to get them painted at the time. and dsire4u when i was parting out my car right after i bought these sideskirts you were gonna buy them from me but then i kept the car do you remember?

Okay so, now I'm taking these off the board and just literally taking these to a dump. As far as I knew, wb-rx8 told me they were authentic and never installed. I was not trying to rip anyone off. I was lied to about two different details: I was told they were authentic and brand new. Sorry for wasting all of your time people.
